To my Beloved Fanni: It is hard to believe that it was over 15 years ago when I first saw you sitting in the corner of a big cage as a tiny snow-white fluffball with two shiny sapphire eyes ... and it was LOVE at first sight. You have been my companion since you were an 8-week old little kitten and I loved every minute of it. As a blue-eyed White Persian you were genetically proned to kidney disease. You were raised and kept on Hill's prescription feline kidney diet all your life. Unfortunately signs of kidney failure started to show last September. I stuck you with a needle giving you fluids every single day - which extended your life with 9 months. I am so sorry that I could not fight aging and organ failure. You passed away on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 5:15PM. You were, are and always will be my little Love Bug, my Girlie and my Sweetest Pie. Until we meet again. Love, Mama
